Description
A perfect class for beginners or improvers, your basket will have a 12-14" base and 3-4" sides – straight or sloped. Techniques learned or practiced include twining, waling, shaping, and randing. Different borders will discussed and taught. Your basket will look beautiful filled with bread, fruit or simply displayed on its own.
Improvers will have the opportunity to make a taller basket and explore different side weaves. Improvers can choose to make two baskets if time allows. (Small material fee will be additional if making more than one basket.)
Course fee: $130 + HST includes all materials, tools, light refreshments (tea, coffee, snacks), fun and creativity. Payment for class is due at time of booking.
