Borders, Borders, and More Borders! (May 17 & 18, 2025)

The last two-day class in the series is the crowning glory: Using a border board, you will learn different trac and woven borders, each becoming a sample piece you can take home. The border is often a challenge for people, and it always happens at the end of the day when you have already had a full day of learning. The first day will be all about making samples on your board — what border to use when and why. The second day will be spent putting your new border knowledge to practice on a round basket. You will go home with border samples for your library, a basket, and a border practice board!

Two-day workshop: May 17 & 18, 9:30-4:30

Course fee: $260 + hst includes all materials, a take-home practice border board, tools, light refreshments (tea, coffee, snacks), fun and creativity. Payment for class is due at time of booking.
