DESCRIPTION:Using a stake and strand base\, create a strong\, tall basket suitable for carrying laundry or storing logs for the fire. This basket makes a great gift! Skills explored will include twining\, different rands and slewing\, waling and different borders will be taught. \nThis class is best suited to those who can make a base without a lot of assistance and people who have made a willow basket or two on their own. \nCourse fee: $250 + HST includes all materials\, tools\, light refreshments (tea\, coffee\, snacks)\, fun and creativity.
