DESCRIPTION:The last two-day class in the series is the crowning glory: Using a border board\, you will learn different trac and woven borders\, each becoming a sample piece you can take home. The border is often a challenge for people\, and it always happens at the end of the day when you have already had a full day of learning. The first day will be all about making samples on your board — what border to use when and why. The second day will be spent putting your new border knowledge to practice on a round basket. You will go home with border samples for your library\, a basket\, and a border practice board! \nTwo-day workshop: May 17 & 18\, 9:30-4:30 \nCourse fee: $260 + hst includes all materials\, a take-home practice border board\, tools\, light refreshments (tea\, coffee\, snacks)\, fun and creativity.
