Specially designed for people beginning their willow basketry journey or those looking to refresh or hone their skills in a one day class. You’ll learn and practise making a stake and strand base\, the upsett\, twining\, waling and bordering techniques. Class size is kept small to ensure personal attention. All tools and materials are included in the class fee. Come and dip your toe into the world of willow basketry! \nCourse fee: $130 + HST includes all materials\, tools\, light refreshments (tea\, coffee\, snacks) \, fun and creativity. During this course we will be explore traditional willow basketry techniques to make beautiful bowls or sculptural shaped baskets.
