This two-day class offers students lots of opportunity to learn new skills or improve on some they may not have used in a while. Learn to shape a basket, experiment with different side weaves and hone your handle making skills while constructing the lovely, roped handle. Whether you are taking this class to learn some new weaving patterns or improve your skills, this basket will be a welcome addition to your collection or repertoire.
PLEASE NOTE: This class is for intermediate to advanced basket makers. Students must have woven several styles of willow baskets and must be able to work independently following verbal instruction on a range of basic weaving techniques.
Snacks and refreshments included. Materials charge extra (estimated at $65.00). Catered lunches are an option.
