Refund & Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy

• If you have signed up for a class but need to cancel 30 days or more before class commences, you are eligible for a full refund less $25 administration fee.
• If you have signed up for a class but need to cancel 29 to 14 days before class commences and the space can be filled (i.e., from the waitlist), a full refund less a $25 administration fee will be issued. If the space cannot be filled (i.e., there are no waitlisted students) and date of cancellation is less than 29 to 14 days prior to class start date, a refund of 50% will be issued (class is 50% refundable).
• If you have signed up for a class but need to cancel 14 days or less before class commences and the space can be filled (i.e., from waitlist), a full refund less a $50 administration fee will be issued. If the space cannot be filled (i.e., there are no waitlisted students) and cancellation is less than 29 to 14 days prior to class start date, no refund will be issued. (class is 100% non-refundable).
• In the rare event that the class is cancelled by Wind & the Willow, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping Charges

If you are unable to pick up your order, we will be pleased to ship your tools or books to you by your choice of Canada Post or courier. Kindly include your mailing or shipping address when ordering and we will send you a quote for shipping costs.
